I have this great listing in Stuart, Florida for sale at $215,000. Good price for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in a neighborhood with a community pool.

I got it under contract last week. Always a great feeling. The buyer is selling their home as well so this contract is contingent upon the sale of their home. Their buyer is selling as well so the domino effect goes way back.

Yesterday afternoon, it all fell apart. The buyer's - buyer's - buyer could not get their financing which means that none of the closings will take place as planned. Just another normal day in Real Estate!

So, now back to the drawing board to look for another buyer for this beautiful home. Hopefully the next one will not be so complicated.
