The Real Estate market is super hot!
I listed a townhouse in West Palm Beach on Monday afternoon. Yesterday I had 7 showings and today I had 11 showings. I have more showings scheduled for tomorrow but I am going to have to cancel them as I now have two offers on my desk to present to my seller and at least one more coming in according to the buyer's agent.
I listed a single family home in Stuart today and have showings scheduled every 1/2 hour tomorrow. I already have one offer submitted and they have not even viewed the property in person yet.
I can not stress enough the importance of having your home ready to show. If you know you have some maintenance issues; please be sure to have proper repairs completed ahead of time.
There are on average, 12 - 15 buyers for every home for sale. Those buyers are expecting multiple offer situations. But only if the house is in good condition.
