  I was sitting our company booth at the Stuart Air Show on Saturday. It was very exciting to hear the jets and other planes, helicopters, etc. It was a great show but difficult to photograph as I had to look up into the sun most of the time. But still, we had a blast.

  😄     🏡     😄 The Real Estate market is super hot! I listed a townhouse in West Palm Beach on Monday afternoon. Yesterday I had 7 showings and today I had 11 showings. I have more showings scheduled for tomorrow but I am going to have to cancel them as I now have two offers on my desk to present to my seller and at least one more coming in according to the buyer's agent. I listed a single family home in Stuart today and have showings scheduled every 1/2 hour tomorrow. I already have one offer submitted and they have not even viewed the property in person yet. I can not stress enough the importance of having your home ready to show.
