This was the backyard pond I built about 5 years ago. I had a shade cover over the top in order to keep the hot Florida sun from burning the orchids. I found it to be a great deal of work just to maintain the pond and keep it clean.

As a Real Estate agent; I was given about 21 new orchids from a seller because she could not take them to her new condo and the new buyer did not want them. So the old pond is coming out and a new smaller version is going in. That way I will have more space for my orchids.
